Watch Celebrity Apprentice Tonight

by Carl Eric Johnson on Sunday, March 22, 2009

This is just a quick post, as I am rushing out the door, but I wanted to be sure to invite you to watch “Celebrity Apprentice” tonight on TV (check your local listings for time and channel).

I’m no huge fan of Donald Trump, but I respect his business acumen and his financial resiliency. If anyone knows about the power of leverage and residual income, it’s The Donald.

In tonight’s episode he’ll be discussing the benefits of network marketing, which as you know is a subject near and dear to my heart—so much so that I’m writing a book on it. I’m inviting you to watch tonight’s episode of “Celebrity Apprentice” to learn why a multibillionaire, who really needs no further income streams than he already has, embraces network marketing so thoroughly.

The particular opportunity that he’ll be showcasing is ACN. I invite you to check it out. However, it is not one of the companies that I recommend, and I am not an ACN representative.

So why would I want you to be exposed to an opportunity I’m not involved with? Well, first of all, what’s wrong for me may not be wrong for you. What I teach the people I coach is to follow their passion, and if you can see yourself passionate about the ACN business opportunity, go for it. I have several friends who are in ACN, and I’d be delighted to refer you to them.

My best offer is to schedule a free half-hour phone consultation with me after you’ve watched the show. Sometime this coming week we’ll speak. I’ll ask you several questions, listen to your answers, and then make recommendations that are appropriate for you, all at no cost.

What have you got to lose? Watch “Celebrity Apprentice” tonight, then call me at 1 866 964-9025 (+1 978 299-6777) to schedule an appointment. If I don’t answer, simply leave a detailed message (name, phone number with area code, time zone, and when to call you back) and when we connect we can schedule a half hour that is mutually agreeable.

Here’s to your prosperity!

Did you actually watch this? ACN was treated just like all the other companies Trump has used on his show: “ACN is huge, they make $X billion in sales, here are their head honchos, and your task this week is to generating excitement for their new product in front of their sales reps.” I don’t recall hearing the words “network marketing” mentioned even once. No pros, no cons, no critiques. A casual viewer would think that the meeting was a bunch of employees, not independent business owners. Too bad.

Yes, Jeremy, I was disappointed, too. All of my friends who are in ACN (I call them ACN Zombies because of the hype factor) were massively promoting the show, but it turned out to be a real disappointment. Network marketing was never mentioned by name, only that the product was marketed through independent representatives, which could mean anything. For that matter, the only product mentioned was ACN’s video phone, and nothing else that they are involved in. Looks like Trump trumped network marketing.
